Overall I like BJs but you have to watch expirations here. It’s July, 2024 and this MIO expired 4 months ago in March that I went to buy today. I’ve noticed several expired items or very close to expired items while I’ve been a member.

BE AWARE BJS MEMBERS!!! Apparently BJs love issuing FAKE email addresses from their website in the name of the customers completely unbenouce to the customer. I ordered a digital gift card almost two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. They have been stringing me a long saying that they are "working on my issue". They are trying to make me pay for their mistake and I am not having. I definitely WILL NOT be renewing my membership next month. ALL MEMBERS AND POTENTIAL MEMBERS PLEASE CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY ISSUE YOU BEFORE YOU ORDER ONLINE DIGITAL PRODUCTS!! They are taking 72 hours to give me a refund!!!!

This establishment has progressively gone downhill over the past year, when you have to wait for over 30 minutes for the deli person to return from break the obvious solution is hire more people. I called the front of the store and asked for the manager to be sent to the deli , 30 minutes later I was at the checkout and again asked for the store manager and the front end manager comes out, had to explain that she wasn’t who I requested. Finally spoke with the store manager and all he would do is nod his head and say yeah until I told him to his face that he was a liar, now he feels that invading my personal space is going to intimidate me. Asked for a corporate number to file a complaint and I get an 800 number that is answered in the Philippines, I then requested a phone number for a district manager and all I could get is his name. They took my name and phone number and were going to email him to get in contact with me, approximately an hour and half later I received a phone call from the assistant manager of the same location and he was calling to resolve the issue but he didn’t know what it was. I told him that it was way beyond his authority and I wanted the call that I was promised from the district manager which I have yet to receive. My days of shopping this establishment are over. Unless you are looking for disappointment from the lack of staff, the out of stock items on every day products I would suggest a Sam’s membership

This is the worst wholesale club. It used to be a good store, but now it’s a complete mess. There’s no customer service, prices ring up incorrectly at checkout, and the gas pumps are out of service most of the time. On top of that, you have to pay for membership! Don’t waste your time here.

I've been ordering cakes from here for over 15 years. They really goofed this time! I asked for marble cake, I got half vanilla and half chocolate. I asked for chocolate moose filling. I got none. I asked for the whip topping and got a sweet buttercream. Cake was very dry and tasteless! Ruined an otherwise great 80th birthday party!

Stay away from the Tire shop, theres 7 guys standing around and cant fix flats because it had a warranty and warranty voids when tires have a flat? They didnt want to balance them because the moon is not out during the day! I want the same job , a job where i dont do nothing and stand around all day, I will never buy tires at BJS!! Stay away go to a real tire shop

Profiled in here I guess they think based on my color I can’t afford to have a full cart. Had two workers watching me scan the whole time then at the end they put something on my screen that had them verify my items and scan their badge before I payed. I’m canceling my membership. First time I had this happen to me anywhere. Guess I’ll stick Walmart where my people usually shop at. Sam’s here I come.
